EVENT SCHEDULE:

10:30AM – Marketplace opens to the public
10:45AM – Opening remarks and word of prayer
11:00AM – Tasting Tent opens to Sponsors and VIP ticket holders
11:30AM – Tasting Tent opens to General Public
12:00PM – The Rider Band hits the stage
1:30PM – Vendors in the Marketplace leave optionally
3:00PM – Band departs, closing remarks
3:30PM – Tasting Tent and Marketplace close – but enjoy the Passport to Downtown!!

PARKING:

Self parking will be available along Bay Street (according to street signage), in the grass lot between Bay and Newcastle Street, as well as in the Brunswick Landing Marina lot. Signs will guide you and attendants will be available to answer any questions. VIP Parking is in the Mary Ross Waterfront Lot – VIP Ticket or credentials required. Map below.

WEATHER:

A large part of what we love about the South is the weather… which includes rain. Rain or shine the show will go on! If there is a large enough threat, the event will be rescheduled and tickets honored. Please check here and your email for any updates.

TROLLEY SERVICE FROM ST. SIMONS:

The trolley service is available without reservations on a first come first serve basis. They will pick-up in front of Ember Restaurant (Winn-Dixie parking lot) and drop-off at Mary Ross Waterfront Park (signs posted). The cost is $10 for roundtrip (non-stop each way) and they accept cash or CC day-of. Schedule below.

PASSPORT TO DOWNTOWN:

There will be a QR Code onsite that will allow access to the discounts, exclusives and specials throughout the downtown area!

GOOD TO KNOW:

Area seating available is in the VIP lounge. If you want to sit and live music, please bring your own chair or blanket!
